Shipping Policy

At Ngozi Body, each product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches to ensure quality, care, and attention to detail.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Please allow 7–12 business days from the date of your order for processing and shipment. Because our products are handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, special launches, holidays, or event seasons.

Shipping Delays & Peak Periods

During product launches, seasonal promotions, holidays, or major event periods, processing and delivery times may extend beyond our standard timeline. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally where applicable. International availability may vary by destination. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Ngozi Body is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier-related issues.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more. Shipping rates for orders under the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ngozi Body is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ngozi Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, candles, or room sprays once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be unused. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

In-Person & Event Purchases

All purchases made at pop-up events, vendor markets, gifting lounges, or in-person experiences are final. We encourage customers to inspect products carefully at the time of purchase.

Retail & Stockist Purchases

If you purchase Ngozi Body products from an authorized retailer or stockist, that retailer’s shipping and return policies apply. Please contact the point of purchase directly for assistance.
